Pupils from the school chess club and other qualifying pupils from 3rd to 6th took part in a Ficheall chess tournament in Blarney St. on Thursday 29th January.
We had 3 teams enter the tournament. All participants played 6 matches each and our pupils represented the school with pride. Pupils performed outstandingly on the day. All three teams finished high up the rankings in their respective categories.
Well done to all who represented the school who were a credit to parents and our school on the day!
